We are looking for an Administrative Employee to support international groupage transport processes in a logistics branch in Gołuski, near Komorniki. This offer is suitable for people who are comfortable working with data, enjoy contact with others and want to develop experience in the transport and logistics industry.

The work takes place in a company that handles transport and logistics processes. In this role, you will support the daily coordination of transport services, work with operational systems and help solve ongoing issues related to customers and carriers.

Your responsibilities

  • coordinating daily transport service processes;
  • supporting Linehaul and irregular transport operations;
  • monitoring cooperation with carriers and the terminal;
  • entering and verifying data in operational systems;
  • maintaining the quality of provided services;
  • solving ongoing operational issues for customers.

 

Working schedule

Work is organized from Monday to Friday, depending on the agreed shift:

  • 06:00–14:00;
  • 14:00–22:00;
  • 22:00–06:00.

 

Pay and contract type

  • temporary employment contract;
  • base salary plus bonus;
  • possibility of direct employment with the client in the future.

 

Requirements
