We are looking for people to work in automotive production in Bielsko-Biała. This offer is also suitable for candidates without experience — full 10-day onboarding is provided at the start, from 08:00 to 16:00.
The work takes place in a production facility where parts for car fuel and cooling systems are manufactured.
You will receive training from the beginning, support from a trainer, possible overtime, salary bonuses, help with accommodation and support with document extension or residence card procedures. After 3 months of work, a one-time bonus of 500 PLN gross is provided.
First 10 days of training: 08:00–16:00.
After onboarding, work is organized in 12-hour shifts:
There are two 20-minute breaks during the shift.
