Production worker

We are looking for production workers for the foundry department involved in automotive engine manufacturing.

About the workplace

The work takes place in a modern manufacturing facility producing automotive engine components. The foundry department is responsible for processing and controlling parts used in the automotive sector.

Employees will work with production machines, measuring devices, and production line equipment.

Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

• operating production machines and equipment,
• using measuring devices,
• performing physical work on the production floor,
• checking the quality of production components,
• following safety rules and production procedures,
• keeping the workplace clean and organized.

Work schedule

Work is performed in a 3-shift system:

• 06:00–14:00,
• 14:00–22:00,
• 22:00–06:00.

Breaks:

• 5-minute break after 2 hours of work,
• 20-minute lunch break after 4 hours of work.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• have production experience,
• are ready for physical work in high temperatures,
• have communicative Polish language skills,
• can talk about their work experience and motivation,
• are accurate and responsible,
• work well in a team.

Recruitment process

Before starting work, candidates participate in a recruitment day including:

• presentation about the production plant,
• factory tour,
• manual skills test,
• interview conducted in Polish.

Salary and bonuses

• gross base salary: 5800–5950 PLN gross,
• total monthly earnings: approximately 6830–6980 PLN gross,
• KPI bonus up to 200 PLN monthly,
• compensation allowance: 300 PLN monthly,
• night shift allowance up to 530 PLN monthly,
• canteen allowance: 350 PLN monthly,
• annual and holiday bonuses,
• additional occasion bonuses.

Accommodation and transport

• free accommodation for employees using OTTO housing,
• no accommodation costs before starting work,
• employee transport from Wrocław, Oława, Jelcz-Laskowice, and nearby areas,
• transport cost: 20 PLN monthly.
