Operator of machines and devices in the hydraulic production

We are looking for production workers to join the manufacturing department producing hydraulic and industrial hoses.
This offer is suitable for candidates who are ready for physical work in a production environment and want to operate machines used in the manufacturing of components for hydraulics, refrigeration, and industrial applications.

About the workplace

The work takes place in a modern manufacturing facility specializing in high-quality hydraulic hoses and industrial components. The production process includes different stages of hose manufacturing and assembly for industrial and technical sectors.

Employees will work in the RIGID department, supporting machine operation, quality inspection, and internal transport tasks on the production floor.

Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

• operating production machines,
• using small hand tools,
• visual inspection of hoses and production elements,
• ensuring product quality,
• performing manual transport tasks,
• keeping the workplace clean and organized.

Work schedule

Work is performed from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Overtime may be available depending on production needs and supervisor decisions.

The first working day includes:

• health and safety training,
• fire safety training,
• receiving work clothing.

Training days are fully paid.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• are ready for physical work,
• can work in a standing position,
• have basic Polish language skills,
• are accurate and responsible,
• work well in a team.

CV is required.

Important:

• The work is physically demanding.
• The production hall has noise, dust, and a noticeable rubber smell.
• During summer periods, the production area may become hot.
• Before starting work, candidates attend a meeting presenting the factory and workplace conditions.
• The offer is intended only for men.

Salary and benefits

• net salary: approximately 3800–5200 PLN monthly,
• production bonus: 230 PLN,
• attendance bonus: 200 PLN,
• seniority bonus: 50 PLN,
• housing allowance of 500 PLN gross for Ukrainian citizens renting private accommodation,
• possibility to purchase employee meals.

Accommodation and transport

• accommodation available in Radomsko,
• accommodation cost approximately 250 PLN,
• city bus transport available,
• the bus stops directly near the workplace.
