As a Project Lead ICT, you are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our internal clients when delivering large-scale ICT transformation projects. You impress and exceed expectations with your decisive and forward-thinking approach. You ensure that we deliver innovative ICT/AI solutions that make a significant contribution to achieving OTTO’s business objectives. You are involved from the very beginning and assemble the best possible team for each project. Together with your team, you make the difference. The right combination of enthusiasm, courage, and perseverance will make you successful in this role.

What will you do?

Lead and manage projects with a significant ICT component.
Contribute to defining how business objectives and the business case can be achieved, and monitor them throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Provide functional leadership for projects, internal colleagues, and external partners.
Use your business and ICT expertise to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and ICT teams.
Perform information analyses within the context of projects.
Map and document business processes.
Gather and analyze requirements and expectations related to information systems and data management.
Develop data models.
Define and document process flows.
Collaborate with OTTO’s development team and/or external consultants to implement information solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for developers regarding questions about required functionalities.
Ensure the quality of delivered functionalities.
Create and monitor detailed project plans.
Prepare system and user acceptance tests together with the application manager.
Proactively advise on improvement opportunities.

Who are you and what do you bring?

You have an enthusiastic and strong personality. You are proactive, take initiative, and are willing to go the extra mile. In addition, you bring:

A completed bachelor's degree (HBO level), preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience working in projects and with project management.
Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Strong understanding of ICT, including the ability to collaborate with technical specialists and assess whether project objectives are being achieved.
A valid Category B driving licence.
