What will you be doing?

 
As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our technical business unit. You know exactly what our clients need in the areas of energy transition, production, maintenance, and engineering—and you’ll translate that into concrete solutions that make a real impact.
 
You’ll work closely with our technical recruiters and account managers to place the best candidates with renowned clients in the Netherlands.
 
 
 

Who are you?

A results-oriented and entrepreneurial professional with a passion for both technology and people. You switch easily between the shop floor and executive levels and know how to build trust.
 
 
 

What you bring to the table:

 
  • Higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking (technical or commercial)
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the technical sector;
  • Knowledge of technical processes;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Class B driver’s license;
  • You are independent, persuasive, and customer-focused.
