You receive an all-in gross hourly wage of €20,70. This amount consists of your base salary of €18,25 per hour, supplemented with ADV allowance, holiday allowance, and profit sharing. Depending on your duties, you may also receive additional allowances, such as shift allowance or cold allowance, which can further increase your final hourly wage.
 
 
As an assembly employee at Tanis, you play a key role in bringing high-tech production lines to life for the gummy and jelly confectionery market. Tanis was born from generations of hands-on expertise in the confectionery industry, and has grown into a specialist in complete, high-quality production lines built specifically for gummy and jelly manufacturers. Today, Tanis machines run at client sites across Europe, combining precision engineering with real production know-how. We'll help you master the technical skills to install and set up these machines with confidence, and build a strong career in a specialized, growing industry. 
 
 
 
 

Your daily tasks 

You'll be responsible for the assembly and installation of Tanis machines and production lines. You will: 
 
  • Install machines and production lines on-site at client locations, following technical documentation 
  • Read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings 
  • Work with a variety of hand tools and power tools 
  • Organize your own work independently at the installation site 
  • Ensure quality and safety of assembly according to company standards 
 
 
 

Your working schedule 

You'll work from 07:00 to 16:00. During busy periods, you could be working up to 50 hours a week, around 10 hours a day. 
 
 
 

What you need to bring 

You're technically minded, independent, and enjoy hands-on work. You have: 
 
  • 2-3 years of assembly experience 
  • The ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings 
  • Good communication skills in English or Dutch 
  • A category B driving license to get to work every day
