As a production engineer at Supermicro, you are responsible for optimizing the core of the manufacturing operations. Your daily tasks 

You take the lead in technical support and process optimization to ensure maximum productivity. You will: 

 

  • Optimize and streamline production processes to ensure efficient, high-quality output 

  • Provide technical support for production lines to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency 

  • Troubleshoot equipment problems, perform maintenance, and implement effective solutions 

  • Effectively manage inventory and resources to support smooth production operations 

  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting of all production related activities 

 

Your working schedule 

You will work from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. 

 

What you need to bring 

You are a technical expert with a focus on efficiency and precision. You have: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field 

  • At least 3 years of relative work experience in a production (high-tech) sector 

  • Analytical and computer skills, with an understanding of server or computer system assembly 

  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process-oriented experience 

  • Driving license category B 

  • Good communication skills in English or Dutch
