As a production supervisor at Supermicro, you play an important role in making sure the manufacturing of high performance, energy efficient servers run smoothly. You take responsibility for the workflow and the quality of the assembly line. You will:
Manage workflows by assigning responsibilities and creating efficient schedules
Maintain strict material and quality control to ensure top-tier product standards
Supervise, coach, and motivate your team of employees
Identify efficiency issues and proactively recommend process improvements
Enforce strict safety policies and company standards across all line operations
You will work at one of the shifts from Monday to Friday. You can expect:
Morning shift from 06:30 to 14:30
Day shift from 09:00 to 17:30
Afternoon shift from 14:30 to 22:30
You are interested in high-tech manufacturing and want to work in an international environment. You have:
High school degree required, college degree preferred
Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferred
Solid mechanical knowledge and experience with testing and inspecting electronics components
Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
Driving license category B
Good communication skills in English or Dutch
