As a Case Manager, you are responsible for coordinating the absenteeism management process. You ensure that sickness absence cases are handled carefully, relevant laws and regulations are applied correctly, and managers receive the right support. With your knowledge and commitment, you contribute directly to a healthy and future-proof organisation.

What will you do?

Advise on, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of the absenteeism policy for flexible workers
Actively contribute to reducing short-term absenteeism
Conduct absence-related conversations and take targeted actions to support reintegration
Support managers in preparing and implementing action plans
Act as a trusted point of contact for flexible workers
Coach and support managers and OnSite Specialists in correctly applying the absenteeism policy
Suggest improvements to optimise policies and processes

Who are you?

You are a confident and communicative professional with a strong focus on both people and processes. You know when to listen and when action is needed.

In addition, you have:

At least MBO+ level of working and thinking
Knowledge of sickness absence and incapacity for work
The ability to identify connections between registrations, reports, and conversations
A proactive and results-oriented attitude
The ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic and sometimes ad-hoc environment
Good command of the English language; additional languages are an advantage
The ability to work independently, take ownership, and feel responsible for achieving results
