Warehouse worker

Place of work: Bydgoszcz

Salary: PLN 5,200 gross per month + bonus of up to 15%

Contract: temporary employment contract

Shifts: 5:45–14:00 and 13:45–22:00

Saturdays off and one day off during the week for every Sunday worked

Responsibilities

• receiving and unloading goods,
• entering products into the system,
• placing goods in the warehouse,
• picking customer orders,
• packing and preparing shipments,
• dispatching orders.

Requirements

• communicative knowledge of Polish,
• experience in warehouse or production work,
• readiness for physical work,
• commitment and willingness to work.

Excerpt from the relevant provisions of the Employer’s remuneration regulations:

• Remuneration for work is determined at a level corresponding to the type of work performed and the qualifications required to perform it, taking into account the quantity and quality of the work performed.
• Remuneration for full-time work may not be lower than the statutory minimum wage.
• An employee employed on a part-time basis is entitled to basic salary and other remuneration components in an amount proportional to the working time specified in the employment contract.
• Hourly rates are calculated by dividing the monthly basic salary due for full-time work in a given month by the nominal working time for that month.
