Warehouse employee in Radomsko

We are looking for warehouse workers to join a modern logistics center.

About the workplace

The work takes place in a large logistics center handling home furnishing products and interior and garden items. The warehouse is responsible for storage, order picking, and preparing goods for shipment for both retail stores and online customers.

The employee will be responsible for order picking, internal transport of goods, and preparing products for further distribution.

Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

• receiving goods into the warehouse,
• picking orders on pallets,
• loading goods prepared for transport,
• wrapping pallets with foil,
• internal transport of goods to warehouse locations,
• working with warehouse scanners,
• operating forklifts,
• maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.

Work schedule

Work is performed from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Overtime may be available depending on warehouse workload.

The first working day includes:

• health and safety training,
• fire safety training,
• receiving work clothing,
• forklift training.

Training days are fully paid.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• are ready for physical work,
• can lift goods weighing up to 50 kg,
• have basic Polish language skills,
• are accurate and committed,
• work well in a team,
• follow workplace safety rules.

Salary and benefits

• salary depends on work efficiency,
• bonus up to 25% based on performance,
