You receive an all-in gross hourly wage of €20,41. This amount consists of your base salary of €18,06 per hour, supplemented with ADV allowance, holiday allowance, and profit sharing. Depending on your duties, you may also receive additional allowances, such as shift allowance or cold allowance, which can further increase your final hourly wage.
As an assembly line employee, you will put together world class machinery. You will work as part of a great team in a busy, modern factory, with access to the best tools and specialist equipment. Your work helps to build some of the highest quality excavators in the world. We make sure you have a great start in your new role.
You take responsibility for assembling excavator parts and checking quality. You will:
Assemble different parts of large excavators.
Check the quality of all excavator parts.
Prepare specific parts for the spraying process.
Complete checklists and other important documents.
You work from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:30.
You like working with your hands and building machines. You have:
Experience in a similar technical position
A technical background or an interest in machines.
A category B driving license to travel to your workplace
Good communication skills in English or Dutch.
A professional mindset and a proactive approach to learning.
