As a packaging machine operator, you will work for Imperial Tobacco in their specialized Kartonnage department. Imperial is a global leader with a long history and strong reputation for producing high‑quality rolling paper, cigars, and tobacco products. In this role, you will help ensure that premium products are packed with precision and meet the company’s strict quality standards. You will ensure the packaging process runs perfectly. You will:
Operate advanced packaging machines within the Kartonnage department.
Ensure a continuous supply of cardboard and packaging materials to the line.
Set up and convert machinery for different product specifications.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot technical problems.
Monitor the quality of folded cartons and final packaging.
Collaborate with production teams to maintain a steady flow.
You will work in a rotating three‑shift system, including morning, day, and night shifts:
Morning shift: 5 days, from 05:45 to 13:30
Day shift: 4.5 days, from 13:45 to 21:45
Night shift: 4 days, from 21:45 to 05:45
You are a skilled professional with an eye for detail. You have:
Experience as a machine operator, especially in packaging or cardboard.
Driving license category B.
Good communication skills in English or Dutch.
You like working with machines and solving small technical issues during production. This job is perfect if you want:
