Cleanroom employee at HQ Pack

You receive a total gross hourly wage of €16.63. This amount consists of your base pay of €15.40 per hour, plus the ADV allowance, vacation pay, and profit sharing. Depending on your duties, you may also receive additional allowances, such as a shift allowance or a cold-storage allowance, which can further increase your final hourly rate.

As a cleanroom employee, you play a key role in ensuring that products are cleaned, handled, and packaged according to strict cleanroom standards. You will be working in a high-tech environment where precision and quality are essential for our customers. Your daily tasks 

You’ll be responsible for cleanroom operations and product handling.  You will: 

• Clean, inspect, and package high-tech products according to cleanroom standards and work instructions 
• Perform cleanroom tasks based on work orders and technical drawings 
• Use specialized tools and cleaning materials, such as vacuum cleaners, nitrogen guns, and chemicals 
• Check products for contamination, damage, and quality requirements 
• Register completed activities and maintain a clean and organized workspace 
• Follow strict cleanroom procedures and safety regulations, including the use of PPE 

Your working schedule 

You'll work in two shifts, morning shifts: 06:00 - 15:00 and afternoon shift: 15:00 - 24:00. 

What you need to bring 

You’re precise, disciplined, and enjoy high-tech work environments. You have: 

• Experience in a cleanroom environment or a production/logistics role where cleanliness standards are important is a plus 
• Ability to read and follow work orders and technical drawings 
• Willingness to work according to strict procedures and quality standards 
• Category B driving license (required) 
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork skills 
• Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
