You receive an all-in gross hourly wage of €20,06. This amount consists of your base salary of €17,69 per hour, supplemented with ADV allowance, holiday allowance, and profit sharing. Depending on your duties, you may also receive additional allowances, such as shift allowance or cold allowance, which can further increase your final hourly wage.
 
 
As a production operator at Profielnorm, you will be part of the production department, where the team works collaboratively on the final product using various metalworking machines and equipment. Profielnorm is looking for an all-round metalworker who is motivated to learn, flexible, and eager to develop within the company. Profielnorm  was established in 1997 and is a family-owned business specializing in mezzanine floors. All mezzanine floors are custom-made according to customer specifications and requirements. As a leading international manufacturer, Profielnorm serves customers across Northern, Western, and Central Europe from its production facilities in Tholen, offering excellent service from design and engineering to installation.  We make sure you have everything you need to succeed from day one. 
 
 
 

Your daily tasks 

 
You will be responsible for executing production activities while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will: 
 
 
  • Performing work in accordance with company procedures and the welding manual, including procedures under NEN-EN 3834 and EN-1090 
  • Providing daily and timely updates to the Foreman regarding progress, completed activities, and any issues or defects identified during production 
  • Contributing to the achievement of departmental goals 
  • Working according to applicable safety regulations and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 
  • Processing technical drawings and rolling orders correctly 
  • Ensuring the required dimensional quality of produced profiles 
 
 
 
 
 

Your working schedule 

You will work a day shift schedule from Monday to Thursday from 06:00 to 15:00 and on Friday from 06:00 to 12:30. 
 
 
 
 
 

What you need to bring 

 
You are accurate, flexible, and enjoy working in a team environment. You have: 
 
  • Welding qualifications according to NEN-EN-ISO 9606-1 (where applicable) 
  • VCA certification is an advantage; if required, this can be arranged for You 
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately 
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills 
  • A category B driving license to travel to your workplace 
  • Good communication skills in English or Dutch
