You receive an all-in gross hourly wage of  € 17,41.  This amount consists of your base salary of  €16,12  per hour, supplemented with ADV allowance, holiday allowance, and profit sharing. Depending on your duties, you may also receive additional allowances, such as shift allowance, which can further increase your final hourly wage.

 

As a meat cutter, you work with premium beef every day. You cut and prepare beef pieces and remove extra fat with care. You use knives and tools in a safe and professional way. You follow cutting specifications, so every piece has the right size and shape. You keep high quality standards during the full cutting process. Goedegebuur is a leading beef producer and a fourth generation‑ family business. We help you start with training and explain all safety and quality steps.  

 

 

Your daily tasks 

You cut and trim beef to the right size and quality. You will:  

 

  • Cut beef parts according to company specifications 
  • Trim extra fat and remove unwanted parts 
  • Use knives and cutting tools in a safe way 
  • Check the quality of meat during the whole process 
  • Sort and place meat in the correct containers 
  • Keep your cutting table and tools clean and tidy 

 

 

Your working schedule 

You work steady daytime shifts from Monday to Friday. This gives you a clear and fixed routine. You can expect: 

  • Working hours from 05:30 to 14:30 
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday 
  • Work in a chilled production area below 7°C 
  • Fulltime‑ hours, no night shifts 

 

What you need to bring 

You feel confident with knives and precise hand work. You can focus for a long time on quality. You have:  

 

  • Experience as meat cutter or in a similar knife job, or strong motivation to learn 
  • Good hand skills and attention to detail 
  • Physical fitness to stand and work in the cold 
  • Basic knowledge of meat cuts is a plus 
  • Good communication skills in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Dutch, or Romanian 
  • Openness to follow HACCP, BRC and FSC training
