Geodis is a logistics company focused on supply chain and distribution. As a warehouse employee, you work across two different departments of Temu and Polar where you keep goods moving efficiently. You sort parcels, build orders and check products with care in a modern and active warehouse environment. You handle boxes, help load and unload containers and prepare shipments for the next step in the process. In one of the departments, you also assemble parts and add labels to complete the orders. We help you get started quickly and guide you throughout your job. You work in a friendly team where colleagues support you and help you learn fast.
You work with pallets, parcels and orders every day. You will:
Move pallets with cartons of around 19 kilos to a conveyor belt
Unload containers and unpack parcels
Check parcel quality and add labels
Load parcels onto the line for sorting
Put parts together in the Polar department
Prepare Polar orders for shipping
You work in fixed weekly shifts. You can expect:
Temu: Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 22:00
Temu: Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Sunday from 13:00 to 22:00
Polar: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00
You already know warehouse work and like physical tasks. You have:
At least 6 months experience in logistics
Good communication in English and/or Dutch
Strength to lift cartons of around 19 kilos
Attention to detail when checking and labeling parcels
Dutch VOG and VGB for Schiphol-Rijk
Willingness to obtain a Luchtvracht certificate later
