We are looking for people to join an automotive production facility in Białężyce, near Września. This offer is a good choice for candidates looking for long-term work, training from the start and the opportunity to grow in an international automotive company.
The facility produces innovative car roof systems. The work takes place in the assembly department, where individual parts are assembled to create a complete sunroof system.

No experience is required — everything is taught on site. You will receive full onboarding, safety training, process and product training, workwear and support from the team. Your tasks
- assembling sunroof components;
- working manually or with power tools;
- supporting work on the assembly line;
- following instructions and safety rules;
- checking the quality of completed tasks;
- cooperating with the team.
Schedule
Work is usually organized in 3 shifts from Monday to Friday:
- 06:00–14:00;
- 14:00–22:00;
- 22:00–06:00.
Shifts rotate weekly. Overtime may be possible during the week or on weekends.
Pay and benefits
- rate: 29.65 PLN gross/hour;
- temporary employment contract;
- night shift allowance: 20%;
- paid overtime;
- production bonus;
- quarterly bonus;
- meals in the canteen on favourable terms;
- benefit platform points;
- access to Luxmed and Multisport;
- free employee buses from selected locations;
- referral bonus;
- additional payments during the year, for example for holidays.
