Worker production of hydraulic components at Hydraulic Hoses and Components Manufacturing

We are looking for candidates for the position of Production Worker at a production facility in Mysłowice. This offer is suitable for people who have a basic understanding of technical drawings, are ready to work in a production environment and want to gain experience in processes related to the manufacturing of industrial components.

The work takes place in a production facility specializing in processing, assembly, quality control and preparing components for the next stages of production. After an interview with the manager, the candidate is assigned to a specific department, and the scope of tasks and basic salary depend on the position.

Your responsibilities:

The scope of duties depends on the department assigned after the interview with the manager. Tasks may include:

• assembling components,

• supporting auxiliary production processes,

• working with furnaces, bending machines or packing,

• quality control,

• work in the washing area,

• work in galvanizing processes,

• operating bar automatic machines,

• operating CNC machines,

• operating a forklift, if the candidate has UDT qualifications,

• performing tasks according to instructions and safety rules.

Work schedule

The work is performed from Monday to Friday in a 3-shift system, 8 hours per day:

• morning shift,

• afternoon shift,

• night shift.

There is a 15-minute break during the shift. Overtime may be possible depending on the facility’s needs.

Working conditions

The work is physical and takes place in a production hall. The environment may be quite noisy, so hearing protection is used. Protective glasses are also required. Mineral oil is used in some cooling and machining processes, so some tasks may be performed in a more dirty production environment.
