You receive an all-in gross hourly wage of €18,33. This amount consists of your base salary of €16,97 per hour, supplemented with ADV allowance, holiday allowance, and profit sharing. As a bicycle mechanic at Swapfiets, you help keep thousands of members on the move. Swapfiets is the world’s first bike service subscription, known for its iconic blue front tire and its promise that every member always has a working bike. In the warehouse, you repair and check both city bikes and e-bikes, making sure each one is safe, reliable and ready to ride again. You work with clear processes in a clean, organized workspace and use a digital system to register all repairs and special cases. From day one, you receive clear information, practical guidance and the support you need to feel confident in your role, so you can focus on what you do best: delivering great bikes for every member.
