You take full responsibility for keeping production running well and working smoothly with other departments. You will:
Be responsible for improving product quality, production results, and managing inventory
Train new employees and give regular training to reduce quality issues
Manage and take care of production tools, jigs, and testing equipment
Work closely with other departments and stakeholders, including the headquarters
You work from Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 14:30.
You are a visionary leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. You have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in science
At least 5 years of relative work experience in the computer industry
Strong analytical and computer skills, with a deep understanding of server or computer system assembly.
Driving license category B
Good communication skills in English or Dutch
