You receive an all-in gross hourly wage of €20,10. This amount consists of your base salary of €18,61 per hour, supplemented with ADV allowance, holiday allowance, and profit sharing. Depending on your duties, you may also receive additional allowances, such as shift allowance or cold allowance, which can further increase your final hourly wage.

 

As a deboner, you remove bones from beef with precision and speed. You separate meat cleanly from bones and cartilage, with little waste. You work with knives and tools and follow strict safety rules. You know meat anatomy or you are ready to learn it in practice. You work in a chilled production space with strong hygiene standards. Goedegebuur is a respected, fourth‑generation family company in Rotterdam. We guide you at the start and support your training on the job. Your daily tasks 

You debone beef parts and keep high product quality. You will:  

  • Debone beef parts and separate meat from bones and cartilage. 
  • Use knives and tools in a safe and controlled way. 
  • Work quickly while you keep high accuracy. 
  • Check meat quality and minimise product loss. 
  • Sort bones and meat into the right containers. 
  • Clean your workplace and follow hygiene procedures. 

 

 

Your working schedule 

You work steady daytime shifts from Monday to Friday. This gives you a clear and fixed routine. You can expect: 

 

  • Working hours: 05:30 to 14:30. 
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday. 
  • Work in a chilled production area below 7°C. 
  • Full‑time hours, no night shifts. 

 

 

What you need to bring 

You are fast, precise and you like physical work. You are ready to learn detailed skills. You have:  

 

  • Experience as deboner or similar meat job, or strong will to learn. 
  • Good hand‑eye coordination and focus. 
  • Strength and stamina for full shifts in the cold. 
  • Interest in meat anatomy and cutting techniques. 
  • Good communication skills in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Dutch, or Romanian. 
  • Openness to follow HACCP, BRC and FSC training.
