As Employee OSC, you are responsible for answering the calls with questions, queries and concerns of our flex employees, in an accurate and timely manner. This is a flexible position, which requires from you to work in variable hours, shifts and days, so also during the weekends.
What are you going to do exactly?
- You register the questions of flex employees;
- You take care of administration concerning these questions;
- You carry out sickness registration according to the OTTO sickness absence policy for temporary employees;
- In co-operation with the Facility Department you prepare a correct housing plans which correspond to the prepared personnel planning;
- You maintain contacts with the Account Manager and/or On-Site Specialist who are responsible for the client;
- You work proactively in problem situations and ensure proper information processing by acting quickly.
Who are you and what can you contribute to our company?
You are an enthusiastic and strong personality. You are a real doer and you spontaneously go the extra mile. Additionally:
- You have a secondary or higher professional education (MBO 4 / HBO) level of analysis and work;
- You have relevant experience in the employment services branch;
- You have good command Arabic, English, Bulgarian or Romanian language skills in speech and writing;
- You possess a valid B category driving license
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
- You have strong analytical skills, you are stress resistant and accurate in your work.
