Your role as a Team Leader:
- Assist in hiring new employees
- Assist employees in resolving quality or performance issues
- Work with OTTO project managers
- Organize warehouse tasks (scanning, sorting, forklift operation)
Work schedule:
- Work is typically organized on a Monday through Friday basis, with the flexibility to work additional shifts or weekends.
To succeed in this job, you should:
- Knowledge of German on a communicative level
