Commuting
All OTTO Work Force employees are transported to and from work free of charge. Each team has it its own bus and driver to take them to their respective shifts and to return them back home after the shift. This saves a huge amount of time by not having to wait for public transport especially if there is a late night or early morning shift. This is also a huge financial benefit.
